It’s our take on pink gin😉
Made with blood oranges and lingonberries it is a great summer and cocktail gin.
My Notes
On the nose you get juniper and berries with a beautiful orangey twang, on the palate the juniper leads, supported by the citrusy sweetness of the blood Orange and complimented by the subtle tartness wild Scandinavian lingonberries and a gentle warmth on the finish ... I love it!!!

Cheshire Botanicals Nantwich Gin
From the Distiller
The key botanicals include the traditional "golden trio" of juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root, combined with delicate florals such as rose and lavender. Lemon thyme brings a citrus twist to the gin, complimented by punchy cardamom and a lingering finish of pink pepper corns.
My Notes
This gin is amazing! It smells divine, fresh and citrusy which follows through into the taste, you get juniper but the the citrus and slightly herbal notes win through with a peppery warmth on the finish.

Withers G1 Gin
From the Distiller
G1 takes its flavour solely from distillation, which makes it a true London Dry Gin and has none of the colour or sugar often found in flavoured gins today. Instead, it features the heartsease flower, alongside a good punch of juniper, a zing of pink grapefruit zest and a veritable support act of 5 other botanicals, resulting in a London Dry Gin packed with flavour!
My Notes
London Dry style gin, the nose presents juniper and citrus on the palate you get good juniper and citrus notes with Heartsease adding a beautiful floral sweetness throughout with cardamom and coriander providing a slightly spicy finish.

OX Gins OX3
From the Distiller
Using fresh botanicals including apple, figs, cloves and juniper in a traditional copper still, the gin is then rested for several weeks resulting in a superbly balanced gin with notes of fragrant juniper, citrus, fruit and subtle spices.
These botanicals linger on the palate, and the apple intensifies to a crescendo.
My Notes
The smell reminds me if Christmas… the cloves are very bold. On the palate you get an instant hit of juniper followed by the bold freshness of the apples and a slight sweetness from the figs… the spices are warming and linger on the finish. It’s a great warming autumn gin.

Gotland Gin
Farmer's Strength
From the Distiller
Our take on a Navy Strength made in Devon on the farm. Distilled with wild cloudberry amongst a range of other exciting botanicals our Farmers Strength 58% is smooth and sophisticated.
Enjoy a single measure over plenty of ice with a slice of grapefruit or orange and a premium tonic.
Alternatively, this gin is so smooth it can be enjoyed straight as a sipping gin over ice.
My Notes
Distilled with Wild Cloudberries, a fruit that needs cold conditions and as such only grows with in the Arctic circle or at high altitudes. Despite the 58% ABV, it is very smooth almost creamy, good juniper, tart fruity berry notes not dissimilar to red currant balanced with a slight warmth and sweetness on the finish… absolutely gorgeous!!!

Shivering Mountain Gin
From the Distiller
Our Premium Dry Gin has the profile of a London Dry Gin with juniper and citrus flavours enhanced with fruity notes from sloes and bilberries. These are combined with the lighter, sweeter, floral tones from gorse and heather to give a very smooth, warm and rich gin with a long but slightly spicy finish.
My Notes
Using a number of local botanicals hand foraged in the Peak District they have created a lovely smooth gin, on the nose you get juniper and a waft of fruitiness, this follows through on the palate along with rich orangey citrus, slightly sweet delicate florals and a warming spicy finish.

Honey Spirits Apoteca Mead Cask Gin
It smells amazing, and for a 46% ABV gin, it is so smooth. Although the juniper, citrus, floral notes and spices of the original 22 botanicals are still present; you can taste the Mead, it has taken on a slightly sweet but very earthy tone… actually a little like some of my favourite Speyside whiskies!

Shoogle Gin
From the Distiller
Shoogle Gin presents itself as a sweet citrus forward gin with a pepper spice backdrop. The juniper and kumquat appear on the nose at first, luring you in with a hint of tangerine before giving way to traces of cinnamon, almond and spicy pink peppercorn. On the pallete, the initial citrus sweetness melts into the piney juniper before the warming flavours of cassia, tonka bean and cardamom level things out a little, in preparation for the more earthy notes of angelica root and the final pepper spice hit from the pink peppercorn.
My Notes
Along with traditional botanicals Shoogle Gin is distilled using some impressive, exotic ones too such as Baobab fruit, Tonka Bean and Kumquat!
The nose is full of Juniper and Sweet Orangey Citrus
On the palate the Orangey citrus is first in line followed by fresh piney juniper and a slight earthiness. The finish is full of warming spice and a hint of pink peppercorn. It’s a beautiful well balanced gin!

No.1 Fairham Gin Ochre Edition
From the Distiller
A tarty juniper-forward base, complimented with fresh zesty orange and sweet clementine. Subtle finishing notes of carefully blended warming spices.
My Notes
Distilled with Oranges, Clementines and autumnal spices but this gin is not what I would consider a ‘seasonal gin’.
On the nose you get fresh orangey citrus and sweet cinnamon.
On the palate it is smooth and viscous with earthy juniper at the fore followed by notes of sweet and bitter orange and gentle autumn spices sweet cinnamon, aromatic cloves and nutmeg with a bite of ginger. A very well rounded and balanced gin and far too easy to drink neat!

Gotland Gin Apple and Blackberry
Distilled with locally sourced apples and hand-foraged blackberries from their own farm hedgerows, I don’t know if it’s the other botanicals in it but there is something distinctively ‘Gotland’ to this gin, it smells gorgeous, junipery with hints of Forest fruits. On the palate the juniper takes the lead followed by the tart and sweetness from the berries and apples and warming spices with the flavour of fresh berries on lingering on the finish.

Inverclyde Gin
Inverclyde Gin is a tribute to the local area and its rich nautical history.
The coastal botanicals including Sea Buckthorn and Samphire reflect the essence of the sea, while hints of Orange give our gin a fresh citrus twist.
My Notes
Juniper and citrus on the nose underpinned by a distinctly coastal scent… this follows through onto the palate but with the juniper taking a backseat to the citrus and the coastal botanicals providing earthy herbaceous notes and that subtle salinity that I love in coastal gins. There are delicate florals in there too with a gentle spice and the salinity lingering on the finish.
